Designed to help you heal.

I believe healing begins long before we place the first needles. Often, it begins with feeling genuinely seen.

I'm a Florida native with a background in Anthropology and Human Biology from the University of Central Florida. I earned my Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine, and continue to expand my training through doctoral studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent more than a decade teaching yoga, where I discovered SO much about the human body, and learned that healing isn't something we give another person; it’s something we help create the ideal conditions for.

That philosophy continues to guide my practice of medicine today.

No two people are the same, and no two treatments should be either. Rather than chasing symptoms, I try to find the patterns that connect them. My role isn't to force change or follow a rigid protocol, but to listen carefully, observe, and support your body's remarkable ability to heal with a gentle nudge.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me at a farmer’s market with my Shiba Inu, Jai, tending to far too many plants, or continuing to study the traditions that first inspired this path.

My hope is that every patient leaves feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful than when they arrived.

About Me

"We possess an intrinsic orientation toward wholeness. When unnecessary obstacles are removed, we don't simply become "less sick,” we become more ourselves."
